Current Opinion in Obstetrics and Gynecology, published bimonthly, covers 11 major topics in the field such as, for example, 'Maternal-fetal medicine, Fertility, Endocopic surgery, Gynecologic oncology and pathology, and General obstetrics'.

The introduction of the new 'Managed care' section in 1996 reflects the importance of this concept for the 1990s.
