Education and Information Technologies, the official journal of the IFIP Technical Committee on Education, publishes papers from all sectors of education on all aspects of information technology, and information systems. It has been proposed in order to meet the demand for an international publication which addresses all aspects of education and information systems. As users are aware, the new technologies can liberate the learner and teacher and allow their time to be used more efficiently.
